NOW THAT IS A MESS OF DUCK

We went to a place called Deshanyuan something and the Locals(Mercer) call it Beijing Duck and that is what there specialty is duck so that is what we had fish and duck,Now there is something Special about this they cut the duck after it is cook right out in the open and when they get done cutting the duck they throw it in a pile behind them check out the pictures(check out the propane tank sitting there),What do you think there sanitation grade is .I would think that is it far from an GRADE A Mercer ask me if I would like to see the Kitchen I could only imagine what it looked like .The lady in the pictures did not want me to take the picture she just jump in front of me the first time I tried to take it.The little boy in the picture would just stand and stare at us so I ask him if I could take his picture and he just smiled so big ,so I have added his picture also.
