CHINESE FOOD

Well tonight was a treat the folks from the Chengdu plant took us out to an authentic Chinese restaurant they are all in the picture .It was truly a feast never had anything like it they took us to a private dinning room and the table was set up with the fine china to eat on very upscale restaurant then they started to bring in the food and when I say they bring in the food they keep bringing in the food until you are ready to pop but all in all it was very good a little spicy but very good. We had duck, shrimp, fish, several vegetables and beef of some kind and it did not taste like chicken it was all very good a lot of it tasted better

than it looks. They have made me learn how to use chop sticks they will make fun of you if you ask for a fork so it has been tough but I am getting better at it as time goes on .I am also making them teach me some of the language and of course they just laugh when I try to say something, but I have picked up some of the words.
